Our office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Office hours are by appointment and it is recommended routine appointments be scheduled two weeks in advance, whenever possible.

If you cannot keep your appointment, please notify the office as soon as possible.

Please feel free to call the office anytime you have a concern. Depending on the urgency of the call, you will receive a response in as timely a manner as possible.

After 5 p.m. phone calls will be answered by our answering service and dispatched appropriately.

We are committed to providing high quality and cost-effective care. Our surgical fees are competitive when compared to similar practices. We request the copayment and any deductible be paid at the time the services are rendered if insurance is involved. Cosmetic fees are due one week prior to surgery. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, cash or check as methods of payment. A 3.75% processing fee is applied to all debit or credit card transactions.

We will file your insurance for you and assist you in obtaining prior approval and precertification from your insurance carrier. However, please remember you are ultimately responsible for payment.

Photographs are an extremely important part of any plastic surgery practice. Dr. Moye takes digital photographs to track a patient's progress before and after surgical treatments and procedures. To protect the privacy of his patients, Dr. Moye does not post any of these photographs online. Many of his patients have signed consent forms giving him permission to use these photos for educational purposes. Therefore, before and after photographs of some of our patients are available in our office to be viewed during your consultation with Dr. Moye in the privacy of an exam room.

Our patient's financial responsibility may vary, depending on acuity, service utilization, contracted rates negotiated with individual insurance companies and the patient's
out of pocket responsibility (i.e., deductible, insurance, copays, etc.).
